To strengthen our test team, we are looking for a motivated individual for an entry‑level position in software testing. In this role, you will support the verification of our software for medical devices and thus make a significant contribution to the quality, safety, and reliability of our products.
Your Responsibilities
* Planung, Vorbereitung und operative Durchführung manueller Tests im Rahmen von Komponenten-, System- und Integrationstests
* Sorgfältige Analyse, Dokumentation und nachvollziehbares Reporting von Testergebnissen
* Eigenständige Erstellung von Testfällen auf Basis von Spezifikationen, Anforderungen und Risikobetrachtungen
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs-, Qualitäts- und Projektteams
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung globaler sowie firmeninterner Regularien, Richtlinien und Prozesse im regulierten Medizintechnik‑Umfeld
* Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Testprozessen und Testdokumentationen
* Planning, preparation, and execution of manual tests as part of component, system and integration testing
* Careful analysis, documentation and traceable reporting of test results
* Independent creation of test cases based on specifications, requirements and risk assessments
* Close collaboration with development, quality and project teams
* Ensuring compliance with global and internal regulations, guidelines and processes within a regulated medical device environment
* Active participation in the continuous improvement of test processes and test documentation
Your Profile
* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung. Schwerpunkt im Bereich Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder vergleichbar von Vorteil.
* Erste Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse im Bereich Softwaretesting.
* Sehr hohe Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
* Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
* Ausbildung oder Zertifizierung im Bereich Softwaretest von Vorteil (z.B. ISTQB).
* Completed technical education; a focus on computer science, software development or a comparable field is an advantage.
* Initial experience or a strong interest in software testing.
* Very high level of accuracy, reliability, and a strong quality‑oriented mindset.
* Structured, meticulous, and responsible working style.
* Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
* Training or certification in software testing is an advantage (e.g. ISTQB).
