## Tasks
*Your Business and Area of Responsibility** *Our customers are local and multinational manufacturers of Adhesives, Composites, Coatings, Resins & Binders, Polymers, Polyurethanes, Rubber, etc.** You support our field sales in CZ-SK and DACH region with system entries, order processing and administrative tasks. You act as a reliable contact for industrial customers, supporting sales activities; internally you collaborate with our Product Managers and Field Sales. You are responsible for a defined number of your own customers and handle all aspects of the customer relationship. You handle post-sales activities, including interaction with logistics and professional communication with customers to address changes, delays, overdue payments, and other logistical challenges. You handle occasional claims and complaints professionally. You conduct market research via phone and email to gather insights and opportunities. You prepare offers and follow up in coordination with field sales. You process incoming orders and report/implement negotiation results into our CRM system. You follow up our sample process and maintain accurate data administration to support operational efficiency.
