In your new role, you will:
* Support and execute design‑in strategies to drive business growth and market leadership in IGBT and CoolSIC Discrete, with a focus on close customer interaction, requirements collections and roadmap contribution
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive product development, marketing, and sales efforts that meet the needs of target applications and customers
* Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in these segments through market research and analysis, including analyzing market data and trends, engaging with industry experts and thought leaders
You take on new challenges without knowing the right path to an eventual solution in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities in dynamic markets. Furthermore, you have the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damaging the relationship.
You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a business‑related field, MBA is a Plus
* At least 5 years of professional experience in Power Semiconductor in the field of product marketing, applications, or in engineering role
* Proven track record of driving business growth and market leadership in the semiconductor or electronics industry
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholder
* Excellent English communication and presentation skills, German is a plus
* Problem‑solving skills to dissect & work through challenges with strategic thinking yet be detail oriented
Austria: We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H,I. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
