All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. In this role, you’ll map key stakeholders and structures of global Tier 1 accounts and their main franchise groups. You’ll build strong relationships, form global partnership agreements, and negotiate programs that boost Red Bull’s distribution and sales. You’ll manage customer P&Ls, ensure consistent investment strategies, and track performance to close potential gaps. You’ll also create best-in-class cases to strengthen our global strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
2. In this role, you’ll leverage your network to connect key customer stakeholders with their Red Bull counterparts across global, regional, and local levels. You’ll support top markets in forming new local partnership agreements with Tier 1 target accounts, aligning with the global segment strategy. You’ll share best-in-class examples on how to win with these accounts and outperform competitors. Finally, you’ll lead by example, showcasing the strategic importance of QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro partners to Red Bull’s global On-Premise business.
3. In this role, you’ll work closely with Global Finance to align and develop customer P&Ls, and with Global Legal on NDAs, contracts, and other key legal topics. You’ll collaborate with Global On-Premise Trade Marketing to create and execute impactful joint business plans, and partner with Regional and Local Red Bull teams to deliver partnership programs with excellence. You’ll also work alongside Global and Local Business Applications teams to track, monitor, and report business development progress.
4. University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or equivalent field experience
5. Excellent command of English, German preferred. Other languages are advantageous, but not required
6. Strong, sociable presence with excellent communication skills across cultures
7. Proven knowledge and network in the QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro industry
8. Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel for impactful presentations and analysis
9. Motivated to win new business and open to frequent travel
10. Travel 30-40%
