Processing internal employee inquiries and quality-related customer feedback
Documenting and preparing quality-related aspects from work processes, internal feedback, and customer feedback
Inquiry-based collaboration with relevant internal interfaces
Preparing technical information for internal distribution to support and specialist departments
Designing, planning, and conducting training courses
(orfollow-upcourses) with Moodle
Preparing and presenting training content, including creating and adapting training materials
Reviewing learning progress and using practical examples to apply knowledge

Good technical knowledge in the areas of web hosting, domains, and vServer
Experience in designing and conducting technical training courses or workshops
Ability to convey technical content in a way that is tailored to the target audience, understandable, and practical
Experience with training or e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle)
Patient, structured, and quality-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
Creativity and adaptability in the design and implementation of training content
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
