We are seeking a strategic and results-driven SAP Product Owner to lead the evolution and optimization of our SAP ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in driving project delivery, ensuring seamless service operations, and maximizing system utilization across global business units. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic goals into scalable SAP solutions.
* Define and maintain the SAP product roadmap aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.
* Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements.
* Champion SAP best practices and innovation across the organization.
* Project Management: Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and external vendors.
* Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
* Service Delivery & Operations: Oversee day-to-day SAP service operations, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance.
* Manage SLAs, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with global support teams to ensure consistent service across regions.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related initiatives across business units.
* Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption and user satisfaction.
* Gather feedback and continuously improve SAP capabilities based on user insights.
* Analyze system usage and identify opportunities for automation, integration, and efficiency.
* Drive data integrity, governance, and reporting excellence within SAP modules.
* Stay abreast of SAP updates, trends, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
* Proven track record in managing global SAP implementations or transformations.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* PMP, Agile, or SAP certifications are a plus.
