Your Tasks
* Implementation, operation, and continuous enhancement of the BCM system
* Design, development, and facilitation of risk analyses and business impact assessments for critical business processes
* Preparation and maintenance of documentation, guidelines, contingency concepts, and business continuity plans in accordance with applicable regulations
* Organization and coordination of emergency drills and crisis simulations
* Development and delivery of BCM training sessions and ongoing awareness initiatives
Your Profile
* Completed education – ideally with a focus on "Business Continuity," "Information Technology," "Process Management," or a similar qualification
* Several years of practical experience in the field of Business Continuity Management
* Knowledge of alerting software and ServiceNow is an advantage
* Strong analytical thinking and a passion for developing creative and sustainable solutions
* High self-motivation and the ability to independently and systematically tackle complex tasks
* Strong communication skills and a talent for aligning and coordinating different interests in a goal-oriented manner
* Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary exchange and continuous dialogue with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers
Benefits may vary between VIG companies.
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least €60,000. If you have extensive experience and expertise, we are happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
