Job Description:
redPILOT GmbH is a young, successful, and internationally active subsidiary of KNAPP AG. redPILOT develops innovative software – an “autopilot” – to optimise the use of resources in intralogistics.
Your area of responsibility
1. Through intensive discussions with potential customers, develop a clear understanding of how redPILOT can optimise their operations.
2. Configure our Operational Excellence software based on this knowledge and guide the development team for new product requirements.
3. Serve as the key contact for specific customers, overseeing all phases from sales to project implementation and ongoing service.
Your profile
1. Enjoy engaging with customers and KNAPP teams.
2. Possess education or experience in logistics, software, organization, or management.
3. Be customer- and success-oriented, independent, communicative, and creative.
4. Have an analytical and systematic approach.
5. Understand processes deeply.
6. Ability to communicate effectively through abstraction and appropriate methods.
7. Willing to continuously develop professionally and personally.
8. Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
9. Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
