This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager in Switzerland.
This role plays a key part in building and scaling a high-impact partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will identify, close, and grow long-term partnerships that drive sustainable revenue and market expansion. You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including partner enablement and co-marketing initiatives. You will own partnerships end to end, from initial outreach to long-term performance optimization. This is an opportunity to influence growth strategy while operating at scale in a globally distributed setup.
Accountabilities
* Identify, evaluate, and build strategic partnerships aligned with long-term growth objectives
* Close and manage partner agreements, enabling partners to successfully refer and onboard clients
* Nurture partnerships throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring long-term value creation
* Ideate, launch, and optimize co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, and content campaigns
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to accelerate channel-driven growth
* Build, monitor, and manage the partnerships P&L, ensuring performance and scalability
Requirements
* 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or strategic business development roles
* Strong understanding of the professional services ecosystem, including financial services, legal, consulting, HR, or talent markets
* Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships internally and externally
* Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting skills for partner communications and campaigns
* Experience working in fast-growing, high-velocity environments, ideally within HR tech or FinTech
* Comfort operating in remote, distributed teams, with willingness to travel to meet partners when needed
* Adaptable, proactive mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills
