AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for an Associate Digital Communications to support the planning, creation, and management of digital content across AOP Health’s platforms.
The role ensures consistent, high-quality communication aligned with corporate messaging and uses data insights to continuously optimize performance, working closely with internal stakeholders.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
* Create, edit, and publish content across digital channels (corporate global websites, social media, newsletters, internal)
* Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns
* Manage and update content in CMS (Typo-3), ensuring accuracy, usability, and consistency
* Track and analyze digital performance (e.g. traffic, engagement, conversions) and derive actionable insights
* Apply SEO/GEO and digital best practices to increase visibility and reach
* Coordinate content with internal stakeholders ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
* Collaborate with external agencies
* Support technical implementation, tracking, and optimization
* Support digital internal communication channels (Sharepoint)
Your Qualifications And Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or similar
* 3–5 years of experience in digital communications, content management, or social media
* Hands‑on experience with content creation and management of website content, social media platforms, and basic analytics tools (e.g. Matomo, Google Analytics), knowledge of SEO/GEO
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Illustrator, Animate, Express) MS Teams and MS Office
* Strong writing and content creation skills, and experience with AI‑based content creation tools
* Excellent English (written and verbal)
* Basic knowledge of SEO and performance metrics
* Structured, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Independent working style with a collaborative mindset

* Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the collective agreement minimum salary, which is EUR 33,068 gross per year, based on full‑time employment. However, our actual remuneration packages are market‑oriented and aligned with your qualifications and professional experience.
