What To Expect
Translate Group Claims Management strategies into actionable projects and country‑level initiatives
Collaborate, support and represent Claims International in cross‑functional and international meetings
Lead and coordinate international claims‑related projects with a strong focus on automation, change and process improvements
Design analytical frameworks, dashboards and monitoring tools to enhance transparency and steer claims KPIs
Monitor operational performance and derive insights to drive measurable impact at business unit level
Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Claims & Anti‑Fraud Community to scale best practices across the group
What We Expect
Proven experience in leading cross‑functional and international projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify financial impacts and interpret KPIs
Solid knowledge of the insurance business, ideally with a focus on Claims
Very good command of Power BI and MS Office
Excellent English skills; additional Eastern European languages are an advantage
High integrity, structured working style and strong problem‑solving ability
