6. In your role, you will:
Lead the annual Bill of Materials (BOM) validation process in partnership with Finance to capture cost-impacting changes.
7. Support the Inventory team in the development, maintenance, and optimization of ordering policies.
8. Conduct standard costing analyses to support annual cost-setting activities.
9. Lead cross-functional strategic reviews and initiatives aligned with Supply Chain and corporate objectives.
10. Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
11. Support leadership decision-making through structured analyses and clear storytelling.
12. Define, track, and analyze key supply chain KPIs related to cost, inventory health, delivery performance, and productivity.
13. Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline supply chain analytical processes.
14. Support the deployment and enhancement of digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform) to improve visibility and decision-making.
15. Contribute to process improvement and digital enablement initiatives across the supply chain.
How to thrive in this role?
As our ideal candidate:
16. Bachelor’s degree in analytical discipline; a master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
17. 3–5 years of experience in a strategic role within a manufacturing environment.
18. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
19. Ability to synthesize complex information and present it effectively.
20. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
21. Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
22. Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint proficiency.
23. Working knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and cloud-based tools (Azure preferred).
24. Familiarity with automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled tools is an asset.
25. Aerospace industry and contracting experience is considered an advantage.

The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $64,300 to CAD $101,909 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.
