Job Description
Your internship
Program and calibrate test automation systems, including data acquisition and control software.
Perform initial functional checks and validation of newly set up test stations to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to understand testing requirements and provide technical support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to test station hardware, software, and test samples.
Document test station configurations, maintenance activities, and test results thoroughly.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for test station design, efficiency, and reliability.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and GE Healthcare quality standards during test station setup and operation.
Qualifications
You are a Student (e.g., HTL, FH,…) in the branch Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including sensors, actuators, and control circuits.
Proficiency in programming for test automation (e.g., Python) is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
