Your tasks: Join us in shaping the future of our global business segment and drive innovation in a dynamic, international environment. * Drive the global business segment strategy within the assigned application group and conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses * Execute strategic product management activities, including portfolio assessments and deriving production, development, and quality requirements * Advance the product portfolio by initiating improvements and developing new solutions in close collaboration with customers/OEMs and R&D * Prepare and negotiate customerrelated topics such as pricing, contracts, and nondisclosure agreements in alignment with the business segment manager, legal department, sales offices, and other internal stakeholders * Coordinate technical consultation and support across the entire value chain to address customerspecific challenges Your profile: * Master's degree in business or engineering, combined with extensive experience in an international industrial environment, ideally in sales and/or product management * Strong intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working within a global team * Clear customer and business orientation * Open, positive, and confident communicator * Fluent business English skills Strong benefits: * Responsible work, a dynamic team and an excellent working atmosphere * A secure job in an internationally active company * Intensive initial training and ongoing development * A varied educational program, even including sporting activities * Company pension scheme and other employee benefits Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (G) is EUR 60.962,30 - gross per year, paid over 14 installments.
