We are seeking a compensation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing industry-leading compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and analyze data to inform salary benchmarking decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation programs.
* Develop and maintain relationships with HR business partners and stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
* Administer employee equity and profit participation programs, ensuring effective communication and data management.
* Support the development and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, including budget planning and analysis.
* Collect and analyze economic data, wage guidelines, and remuneration information to inform budgeting and salary review processes.
Requirements:
* University degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in human resources or consulting, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency in data analysis and presentation.
* Knowledge of European labor and tax law is an asset.
