Remote Sales Team Leader
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead and elevate our remote acquisition channel.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B or acquiring, and proven leadership skills to manage cross-cultural, multilingual teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and growing new-customer acquisition capacity by leading and coaching the existing outbound telesales team, managing customer portfolios, driving cross-sell/up-sell activities, and ensuring high customer retention.
* Lead and develop the outbound remote sales team (hiring, coaching, performance management)
* Define and execute the remote sales strategy for handling all incoming leads (qualification, scoring, segmentation)
* Manage end-to-end new customer acquisition -- from lead processing to deal closing (incl. KYC, risk scoring, onboarding)
* Set appointments for field sales when remote processing isn't suitable and collaborate closely with sales reps to boost conversion
* Optimize lead quality by working with key sources (bank, digital campaigns, partners) and support identification of new lead channels
* Drive cross-sell and retention activities in assigned segments
* Cooperate with internal stakeholders such as Pricing, Risk, Reporting, Customer Success, Product, and Client Support teams
