Senior Frontend Engineer (m/f/x) at kununu
In order to support our growing engineering department, our enablement team is currently looking for a new member. As a frontend engineer, you'll contribute to the development of new features for our platform to provide the most useful and trustworthy insights to our users. You'll also have a fundamental role in improving the tech excellency of our microservices architecture.
* Help migrate and improve our tech stack to a microservice architecture with multiple universal front‑end applications built on React.
* Design, develop, integrate, deploy and monitor frontend applications for our kununu.com web platform.
* Implement new features in collaboration with product and design teams.
* Provide technical guidance for junior engineers.
* Work in an international, cross‑functional environment in our Vienna office.
Qualifications
* Familiarity with TypeScript.
* University degree in computer science or related technical field (coding).
* Write clean, modular, thoroughly unit‑tested code.
* Experience with agile methodologies.
* Experience developing applications inside virtualised containers like Docker and cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
* Based in Vienna.
