Responsibilities
* Recruiting responsibility for technical, industrial and commercial positions with a focus on subcontractors
* Creation of requirement profiles in coordination with the responsible departments
* Design and placement of adverts on corresponding platforms
* Active candidate approach via networks such as karriere.at, eAMS, LinkedIn (active sourcing)
* Telephone interviews and preliminary clarification of framework conditions
* Holistic applicant management - from initial contact to final recommendation
* Participation in career fairs and talent acquisition events
* Collaboration on recruiting projects to optimise and digitalise processes
* Development of applicant pool
