Role
* Manage, motivate, and develop your team in accordance with company’s standards and guidelines
* Take ownership of your Store’s budgets and targets and analyse efficiency to achieve company’s objective
* Drive sales and achieve KPI’s for your store across all departments
* Plan and manage the rostering of the store alongside department managers
* Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of products and promotions for your store
* Utilise industry knowledge about the latest fashion trends to conduct market research and deliver feedback to Head Office in Spain
* Manage and support the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor replenishment at all times
* Conduct store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of day‑to‑day priorities and operations of the store
* Provide an exceptional customer experience
* Support and provide a safe and healthy work environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and any form of inappropriate behaviour for all participants within the workplace
About You
* Passionate about leading your team to success
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Business minded and driven to succeed
* 4+ years experience managing a large team
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
* Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
* Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
