As a Communicare Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will be a fundamental part of the Communicare Projects Office, working across all areas of Communicare. You will use your relationship and engagement skills to engage with people to understand problems, scope requirements and solution options and manage projects that will support Communicare Service Teams to continue to deliver impact to the communities they work in. The role will be based at our Cannington office, with the position offered on a permanent full time basis, working 76 hours a fortnight.
Key Responsibilities
* Consultation & Problem Identification: Engage with all levels of the organization to identify and address challenges.
* Business Process Improvement: Develop and refine business process models and detailed requirements documents.
* Project Management: Manage small to medium projects within a prescribed framework, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
* Provide advice, guidance, training and support, where appropriate, to leaders and employees on the Communicare Project Management Framework.
About You
You're someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and enjoys supporting operational excellence through strong administrative processes. You thrive on managing complex processes, improving systems, and helping others succeed.
In addition to the above you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management or relevant field, or relevant experience.
* Proven track record in undertaking problem identification consultation across all levels of an organisation.
* Experience in business process modelling, business process improvement and creating detailed requirements documents.
* Experience in managing small to medium projects within a prescribed framework.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of current technology practices and concepts, including AI.
* Valid Driver's Licence, National Police Clearance, and willingness to obtain Department of Justice Clearance.
