Based in Innsbruck, your mission is to shape the digital voice of a leading shopping centre, turning everyday moments into scroll‑stopping stories and connecting authentically with audiences. You will craft content that captures the centre’s pulse, its community and the industry shaping it.
Responsibilities
* Create Authentic Content: Produce, film, edit, and finalize social‑first assets, bringing the shopping centre's atmosphere to life through compelling visual storytelling.
* Show Up On‑Camera: Confidently record yourself, host short segments, and speak directly to the audience to build connection and trust.
* Manage Projects Seamlessly: Organize content pipelines, coordinate with partners, and maintain clear client communication throughout all stages.
* Stay Culturally Tuned‑In: Track what's happening in retail, lifestyle, and social culture to keep content relevant and resonant.
* Lead with Trend Awareness: Spot emerging social media formats and platform shifts early, adapting concepts quickly to stay ahead.
* Cover Events Live: Capture weekend happenings on‑site, delivering real‑time coverage and post‑event content that energises the community.
* Work Flexibly & Efficiently: Operate on a 30‑hour schedule with a workflow that merges creative intuition and structured planning to keep everything running smoothly.

For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full‑time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000. This is our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements; additional experience may lead to a higher offer.
