Tasks
Development and implementation of firmware for embedded systems to meet the requirements of the industrial and automotive sectors
Development of software architecture in coordination with other departments
Independent technical leadership of development projects, taking into account time, costs, and quality
Organization and execution of reviews, as well as approval of new software releases
Technical guidance and development of software team members
Active introduction of new methods and process improvements
Close collaboration with the Head of Software
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, telematics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.
Several years of experience in firmware development for complex mechatronic systems
Experience in implementing safety-critical software in industrial and/or automotive environments (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong solution-oriented approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work independently, systematically, and with a high degree of personal responsibility
