About the Role
* Manage an existing portfolio of clients, with strong support from our administrative team.
* Develop new client relationships to grow customers under management – with plenty of leads provided.
* Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Organise client meetings and reviews.
* Handle new business quoting and remarketing activities.
About You
Along with a great work ethic and previous experience in a similar role, you’ll have/be:
* Full Australian working rights.
* Minimum 3 years’ industry experience preferred (for Account Manager level).
* RG146 Tier 1 compliance in Insurance Broking (essential).
* Experience using insurer portals, including Sunrise and Winbeat.
* Solid experience in ISR and Professional Indemnity.
* Excellent client communication skills and time‑management.
