Join our global supply chain planning team!
The production planning for the worldwide supply of RedBull products is done centrally at the RedBull headquarters in Elsbethen (Salzburg). We are strengthening our global supply chain team with a Planning Specialist focused on point-of-sales materials (visibility items). You will work with your team of POS planners and your manager to translate forecasts and sales orders for POS materials across all RedBull markets into a global procurement plan. Join us on an exciting journey to help RedBull redesign the planning process for our Visibility Items.
Responsibilities
As our Planning Specialist, you will:
* Plan the global supply chain for POS materials from suppliers to internal customers.
* Translate forecasts and sales orders into a comprehensive procurement plan, considering capabilities and constraints.
* Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to ensure an effective and efficient supply chain.
* Collaborate on projects with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes.
* Maintain master data to ensure high data quality.
* Analyze deviations from the plan and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications
* University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in supply chain management or logistics.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in planning, supply chain management, or logistics.
* Experience with SAP S4/HANA, SAP IBP, and SAP MDG-M is advantageous.
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Analytical, precise, and structured working style.
* Process- and solution-oriented, able to work under pressure, with organizational talent.
* Team player mindset, comfortable in a multicultural environment.
Travel requirements: 0-10%.

Salary: The minimum gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement is EUR 2303. Our compensation package exceeds this minimum and is market-oriented.
