Call Center Agent
As a call center agent, you and our Front of House team ensure optimal support for our international guests, especially on the phone. You will handle and coordinate all incoming calls, ensuring compliance with telephone etiquette. This includes organizing guest enquiries for reception, guest services, housekeeping, and technical areas, as well as performing additional administrative work.
Your Qualifications:
* Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
* Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
* Professional communication skills and appearance
* Resilience, teamwork and flexibility
* Quality awareness
* A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
* Excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required; any further foreign language is advantageous
* Knowledge of how to use the software OPERA and MS Office is advantageous

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is €2,263.00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
