Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Project Support: Providing administrative support to the project management team and the project management office, including tasks such as office management, requests, and data extraction to support project progress
Technical Assistance: Supporting project managers and product developers in taking over technical tasks, including assisting with project‑related requests and tasks to ensure project progress
Project Management: Leading small, complex technical product development projects, with responsibility for overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables
Learning and Development: Participating in on‑the‑job learning and training to support project management and product development needs, with a focus on developing skills and expertise in project management and technical product development

Type of employment: Temporary / Part‑time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a University of Applied Sciences (FH) in a field such as Power Electronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, System Engineering or equivalent, with a strong academic foundation
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI‑driven tools, providing a solid technical foundation for supporting project management and product development needs
Language Skills: Very good communication skills in English (written and verbal), enabling effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Problem‑Solving and Teamwork: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proven problem‑solving skills, allowing for effective navigation of complex challenges and collaboration with others to achieve project goals
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full‑time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
