Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Further development and management of governance structures for process and project management at holding and group level
* Maintenance, updating and harmonisation of the holding company's governance documents in close coordination with the group companies
* Advising and supporting local management in the further development of their own governance structures and processes
* Active support and further development of the international process and project management community
* Degree in economics, management or a comparable field
* Several years of experience in process, project and programme management, ideally in the insurance or finance sector
* Knowledge of governance and control structures as well as methodological expertise in process and project management
* Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, and strong communication skills
* Very good German and English skills, other CEE languages are an advantage
* Willingness to travel

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,556.03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
