The Harvey Norman team is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Manager to lead and streamline operational processes while delivering Great Service, Always!
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
* Manage freight and coordinate online sale deliveries
* Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding faulty product returns and resolutions
* Ensure timely and accurate handling of stock movements and logistics
* Maintain operational standards and support team performance
* Implement and monitor processes for continuous improvement
To be successful you must:
* Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
* Have a basic knowledge of technology and systems used in retail operations
* Be highly motivated and results-driven with outstanding communication skills
* Enjoy working in a team environment and leading by example

* Strong organisational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

* Ability to resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
