Overview
At SKIDATA, we develop innovative access solutions for parking systems and mobility concepts – and are looking for a dedicated individual like you to join our Technical Helpdesk team. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges while maintaining an overview, then you've come to the right place.
Responsibilities
* Technical support with vision: You will support our customers remotely and ensure that their parking systems function reliably – from the city center to the airport.
* Ensuring service quality: You process technical inquiries according to contractually agreed response times (SLA) and actively contribute to improving our remote resolution time.
* Advise customers: You identify optimization potential and support the introduction of new products and solutions.
* Live teamwork: You will work closely with 2nd-level support, field service, and our partners – and contribute your expertise to installations and upgrades.
* Take responsibility: You will help increase our service revenue, reduce travel costs, and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
* A higher technical education (HTL, technical apprenticeship or similar) and ideally initial experience in technical customer support.
* Basic IT knowledge, technical understanding and interest in new technologies.
* Very good communication skills – you can convey technical content clearly.
* Independent and reliable working style, high flexibility and team spirit.
* Empathy for customers and a solution-oriented approach.
* German at native speaker level, confident spoken and written English (at least C1).

We offer a market-based salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collectively agreed minimum salary for this position is €2,303.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be above the market rate and significantly above the collectively agreed minimum salary.
