Your mission
We are looking for an Technical Implementation Manager (f / m / d)who will technically support the onboarding and successful rollout of our supply chain risk management solutions for customers. Your main tasks will be :
* Oversee the technical implementation of supply chain risk management solutions guaranteeing a successful rollout for customers
* Monitor and ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies as they arise
* Collaborate closely with Customer Success & Implementation Manager to ensure customer happiness and rapid onboarding timelines
* Continuously improve the technical implementation process through automations and quality gate creation to ensure data quality and a smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation.
Your profile
Must-haves :
* Very good Excel skills tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
* Advanced SQL skills or propensity to learn
* Highly reliable detail-oriented and able to adapt to diverse work environments.
* Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
* Fluent English and German skills both written and spoken
* Valid work permit for Austria
Bonus points for :
* Script type programming languages like javascript or python
* Experience in a SaaS & digital solutions companies
* Completed higher education (HAK HTL Bachelors Degree or equivalent)
* Previous experience in technical industry procurement industry or supply chain environment
