Legal and Compliance Lead (f/m/x) in Raiffeisen Tech Company
Raiffeisen Tech is a startup and part of RBI Group, a large banking group, with teams in Kosovo, Romania, and Poland from Vienna.
We seek an experienced Legal and Compliance Lead to oversee legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements across our locations. The role requires a background in legal and compliance, ideally in IT and banking sectors.

Your mission at Raiffeisen Tech
* Provide legal and compliance support, understanding corporate law
* Facilitate contracting and support sites
* Coordinate with RBI Group for compliance
* Address compliance topics from RBI Group and Austrian perspectives
* Oversee GDPR, DPO, ICS, outsourcing activities, supporting Kosovo and Romania
* Act as SPOC for audits
* Manage governance and directives for Raiffeisen Tech and subsidiaries
* Advise on legal, compliance, GDPR, DPO, ICS, and regulatory agenda
* Advise the board on RBI group requirements
Your core competencies
* 5-10 years in legal and compliance in IT, banking, or corporate environment
* Understanding of corporate governance
* Knowledge of Austrian labor law
* Experience with GDPR and data protection
* Manage operational risk and outsourcing
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
