We are looking for a motivated Intern (Trainee) to join our Specialty & Hospital team for 9 months — whether you are a student, a recent graduate, or a professional seeking a temporary opportunity to expand your experience and skills.In this dynamic position, you will support marketing activities, process optimization, project work, and analytical tasks, collaborating closely with multiple cross-functional teams across the organization.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Project & Process SupportAnalyze, simplify, and optimize existing processes with a strong focus on digital efficiencyApply your IT and systems skills to enhance workflows (MS Teams, Excel-based tools, structured templates)Support coordination with Finance, Supply, Legal, and Market Access on hospital-related activitiesMarketing & Business SupportSupport the Tender Process: preparation, submission, follow-up of offers, and analysis of awarded tendersManage customer inquiries related to the hospital portfolioContribute to the development, review, and optimization of Hospital Account PlansAssist with Promotional Material Clearances and support updates of the HCP portalPresentation & Material CreationCreate professional PowerPoint presentations, including structure, storyline, and designBuild charts using ThinkCell (knowledge is an advantage)Support the creation of marketing materials, reference documents, and visual contentMeeting & Congress SupportAssist with the organization and preparation of internal meetings, especially Cycle MeetingsConduct research for new ideas, best-practice materials, and congress-related topicsSupport submissions, coordination, and administrative tasks for congress participationDocumentationEnsure accurate and compliance-compliant documentation of activities and processesEssential RequirementsWhat you'll bring to the role:Strong affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skillsHigh proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting, structured data processing)Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create clear, compelling presentationsKnowledge of ThinkCell, or willingness to learn quicklyReadiness and curiosity to fully leverage the MS Office / M365 ecosystem (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) to improve and streamline existing processesHigh IT affinity and motivation to optimize workflows through digital toolsCreative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge and enhance existing processesStrong communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaborationFluent German and English (written & spoken)Structured, independent, and reliable working style; project management experience is a plusSuitable for students, graduates, or professionals seeking a fixed‑term assignment to broaden their skills and experienceHigh motivation, ownership, and curiosity to dive into complex topics (Tendering, Hospital Market, Compliance, Marketing)What We OfferA diverse and meaningful role in a dynamic and collaborative environmentThe opportunity to take ownership and contribute your own ideasExposure to modern digital tools and professional business methodsClose collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance, Supply, and LegalFlexible working arrangements (100% or 80%)In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement.
