Role
* We are seeking an experienced Director who is an established leader in the Project Finance advisory sector.
* This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in establishing and building the Gridlines team.
* The role will involve establishing and leading in the growth of the Gridlines business.
Requirements
Operations:
* Lead in the growth and development of the project finance team.
* Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
* Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions.
* Review and interpret commerdcial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
* Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
* Lead in the planning of resources across the team.
People:

Growth:
* Lead in the growth of the project finance practice.
* Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business.

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Sector leading expertise in Project Finance.
* [10+] years of relevent experience in a financial advisory / financial modelling role within a recognized advisory practice.
* An in-depth understanding of accounting concepts, an accounting qualification is beneficial.
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
* Recent hands-on experience in financial modelling for Project Finance transactions.
* Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
* Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
