Grace Loves Lace is a global leader in bridal fashion, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to lead our IT function and support our global operations.
About the Role
This critical stand-alone role reports into the CFO. You’ll own the end-to-end IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations across our international business. From managing our core ERP system (NetSuite) to optimizing cybersecurity and cloud environments, you’ll be both visionary and practically hands on, driving innovation while delivering robust, day-to-day IT support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead GLL’s global IT strategy, infrastructure, and security
* Manage and optimise our ERP (NetSuite), Microsoft 365 & OneDrive environments
* Oversee all service desk support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across global teams as well as onboarding, offboarding and device setup of staff
* Collaborate with key department heads on system-related projects and integrations
* Deliver cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives
* Ensure compliance, business continuity, and system scalability
What You’ll Bring
* 3–5+ years in IT leadership roles (multi-site/global preferred)
* Strong knowledge of OneDrive, Windows Server, Mac, Microsoft 365
* Experience with eCommerce (Shopify+), CRM, ERP, and systems integration
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience in fashion or retail is advantageous
* Experience in web development, SEO and ecommerce technical performance
* Experience with Power BI and business systems analysis
