Marketing Manager (f/m/*)
What are my responsibilities?
The department Sales & Marketing (SM BA MK) is searching for a "Marketing Manager (f/m/*)" and assigns following tasks:
1. Business Unit Support: Collaborate closely with Business Units to develop and implement marketing strategies
2. Support for Local Marketing Teams: Coordinate and assist marketing activities across our international locations
3. Content Creation: Create content with consistent, targeted, and impactful messages that is based on value proposition via print and online media – including social media, videos, multimedia
4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute international marketing campaigns in alignment with sales and Business Units
5. Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize automated marketing processes (e.g., email campaigns, Lead generation )
6. AI in B2B Marketing: Drive initiatives leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency
7. Event Management: Organize and manage international trade shows, conferences, and customer events
8. Digital Marketing: Maintain and further develop our online presence (website, social media, newsletters)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
9. Master’s degree in MINT, business administration, marketing or communications or related field
10. Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with high quality standards
11. Experience in using AI in B2B marketing
12. Experience in video creation is a plus (e.g., for social media or product presentations)
13. Experience in industrial/technical products and B2B marketing
14. Excellent German and English language skills
15. Experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
16. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, image editing programs, web content management systems and marketing automation
17. Interest in production technology / plant engineering and Steel Industry

What else do I need to know?
The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 61.022,78 (G/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience. Our Pioneers at Heart receive ongoing training in a wide range of areas through the “Metals Academy”.
