Your mission
* Responsibility for implementing IT
* services to ensure the continuous availability of the IT infrastructure
* Development and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs)
* Monitoring and analysis of IT services to identify opportunities for improvement
* Proactive coordination and escalation of incidents (incident management) and ensuring rapid problem resolution
* Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth IT operations
* Implementation and monitoring of IT security policies and processes in accordance with applicable standards (ISO 27001 and C5T2 advantageous)
Additional area of responsibility: Pre-sales & project support
* Supporting sales in quotation situations relating to hosting and infrastructure
* Providing technical advice on the design of individual customer solutions
* Creating and maintaining sales support documents and presentations for hosting and IT services
* Assistance with calculating technical services and operating costs (e.g. cloud services, infrastructure, support levels)
* Close coordination with product management and sales to further develop market-driven IT service offerings
* Documentation and support in handing over new customer projects to the operations team and technical support in early implementation phases
Your profile
* Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience
* Experience in using common ticketing and monitoring tools
* Strong hands-on mentality
* Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
* Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
* Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and organisational skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally
* Very good written and spoken German (minimum language level C2)
* Very good written and spoken English (minimum language level B2)
