If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Helpline and Customer Care team
About The Role
The RNIB is the UK's leading sight loss charity, where we help blind and partially sighted people thrive.
We're looking for a Helpline and Customer Care Officer to join our Peterborough Team, where you'll be the first point of call for customers - providing information and support tailored to individual needs.
You will communicate with customers through a variety of platforms, demonstrating empathy and understanding, while providing resolutions where possible. When necessary, you will signpost or make direct referrals to appropriate services.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for candidates with experience of working in a Customer Service environment and being the first point of contact within an organisation. You'll need to be confident both on the phone and using a computer. The role requires you to input details into our Customer Relationship Manager systems (CRM) and be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook.
During your training, you'll work 4 days per week in Peterborough. Once your training is complete, you'll work 2 days a week in Peterborough and 3 at home.
