Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and guidance to dealers and service partners (primarily in the EMEA region)
* Collaborate in warranty claims handling, including managing complex cases and decisions
* Identify and analyze recurring technical issues, and develop improvement measures
* Work closely with internal teams to optimize service processes and ensure continuous improvement
* Conduct on-site visits to dealers and customers to provide hands-on support
Qualifications
* Technical training in electronics, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering (e.g., apprenticeship, technical school, master technician)
* At least 3-5 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk role
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP and experience with ticketing systems; Knowledge of PALFINGER products will be considered an advantage
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
* Great communication skills, ability to self-organize and willingness to travel occasionally

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46 614,68 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
