Mergent Group is supporting a leading communications technology integrator to find Data Comms Technicians to join our team to assist in a major long term expansion project at Olympic Dam.
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Data Comms Wi‑Fi networks, CCTV systems, fibre infrastructure, and access control solutions to ensure secure and reliable site connectivity.
You will be responsible for:
* Working successfully within teams across data and communications projects and integration works.
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with supervisors and project managers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Participating in site safety inspections, pre‑start meetings and toolbox talks.
Tickets and Licences you will need:
* Trade Qualification/Licence
* Construction Industry White Card
* Drivers Licence
* Security Licence
* First Aid/CPR Certificate
* Working at Heights
* Elevated Work Platform
* Certificate III in Telecommunications Technology
