For our subsidiary Funstage, we are currently searching for a Customer Support Agent (f/m/d) who will take care of our online gaming platforms and apps to support our customers via email, chat, and social media.
Your tasks
* Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of service, ensuring player satisfaction and handling all general inquiries
* Assist players through email, live chat, and inbound phone calls
* Provide our customers with the best level of service
* Offer technical support for common issues such as cookies, browsers, and updates
* Report customer issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments when applicable
* Develop a good understanding and knowledge of our products, including slot games, sports betting, casino, and live casino
* Explain our products, site, and policies to customers
* Stay up to date with new information and procedures
* Support and guide customers with all requests, escalating and following up where necessary
* Ensure quality assurance, KPI’s, and SLA’s are met
* Respond to player comments on our social media channels
* Work with a dynamic team in a support office open 365 days a year
* Primarily support on weekends and public holidays
* Work is scheduled on a shift basis (3 shifts: 08:30-17:00, 11:00-19:30, 12:30-21:00)
Your profile
* Experience with customer support is an advantage
* Excellent PC skills (typing and using various tools)
* German writing skills: C1 or higher is mandatory
* English writing skills: B2 or higher is mandatory
