Controlling Process Expert (d/m/f)

Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: Coordinate the successful implementation of Controlling projects within the ams OSRAM group, integration with workstreams like Finance, IT, SCM/Logistics, etc.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead the Controlling process workstream for initiatives led by other teams, actively participate in all project phases ensuring seamless integration and provide or collect relevant content related to Controlling.
* Concept Development: Design and execute advanced Controlling concepts for various projects or enhancements, driving time and cost efficiency.
* Expert Support: Provide Level 2 Support to resolve operational incidents and structural challenges linked to Controlling tools and processes, applying specialized CO knowledge.
* Strategic Initiatives: Manage Controlling‑related components of carve‑outs, new company code roll‑outs, M&A activities, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and effective execution.
* Operations: Contribute to period‑end closing activities and fiscal year change processes, supporting the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
* University degree in Economics, Finance or similar.
* Proven, in‑depth experience in controlling coupled with several years of experience in production/corporate/financial controlling.
* Excellent understanding of controlling functions.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience in project management is an advantage.
* Advanced SAP knowledge (especially Controlling modules).
* Experience with BW / BI reporting tools and Power BI for data analysis and visualization is an advantage.
* Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Independent and proactive work style, team spirit and hands‑on mentality.
* Fluent in English, German a plus.
