Job Description:
* Develop and execute the Business Unit’s commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with Division and Group objectives.
* Lead cross-functional team collaboration to identify and prioritize growth opportunities with existing and new customers in key market segments.
* Establish and drive regional commercial strategies, ensuring high-performing teams meet ambitious sales growth targets.
* Oversee the development of new customer applications and technology innovations to expand the business.
* Manage customer project portfolio, ensuring engineering excellence and maximized margin potential.
* Drive customer segmentation, business intelligence, and strategic marketing to enhance customer lifetime value.
* Inspire, lead, and develop high-performing commercial project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and profitability.
Your Profile
* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
* 10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience, preferably in the plastics parts and components manufacturing industry.
* Proven track record in leading international teams and driving business growth.
* Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
* Strong analytical thinking with the ability to navigate complex relationships.
* Very good presentation and communication skills.
* Intercultural experience in matrix environment with a trustworthy, empathetic, and equal focused people and performance leadership style.
