Collaborating with experienced marketers and cross-functional teams, the Junior Marketing Manager contributes to impactful acquisition campaigns and supports the expansion of our Real Money Gaming business. Your tasks * Learn and contribute to captivating campaigns: Support impactful online and offline initiatives that strengthen platform visibility by working with key marketing channels such as SEM, Social Media, YouTube, App Marketing, and sponsorship activities. Contribute to an omnichannel approach, help refine content needs, and participate in ongoing campaign optimisation to ensure consistent and engaging execution across touchpoints * Grow your strategic skills: Collaborate with internal stakeholders on brand direction, campaign planning, and budget alignment while learning how strategic and creative decisions shape brand presence and longterm marketing success * Develop a datadriven mindset: Work with campaign metrics, funnel insights, and performance KPIs to understand user behaviour, identify opportunities, and support smarter decisionmaking that elevates overall marketing effectiveness * Be part of a collaborative team: Partner with CRM, Design & Content teams and external agencies, gaining exposure to the full creative and operational process while growing your expertise in an environment that encourages learning and crossfunctional collaboration Your profile * Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field * 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition campaigns * Strong interest in digital marketing channels and campaign management * Analytical mindset with interest in online and mobile KPIs * Proactive, structured, and motivated to take ownership and grow professionally * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Fluent in English;
