Your new adventure
* Initiation and design of ESS / Employee Self-Service solutions and HR processes that offer the best employee experience
* First point of contact for all HR inquiries regarding Employee Self-Service, as well as second-level support for more complex issues or advanced escalation levels
* Active participation in the design and continuous development of our HR Self-Service management and HR processes – including workflows, escalation paths and knowledge databases
* Close collaboration with contacts from HR and other departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
* Support in defining and documenting case management processes and SLAs when building and scaling our support model
* Identification and optimization of recurring processes or weak points in interaction and communication with our employees
* Coordination of the pre-onboarding process, including the creation of contracts, recording documents and accessing HR systems
* Supporting the HR team with measures and initiatives to improve service mentality, employee engagement, employee experience and employer branding
Your experiences and skills
* Completed vocational training or degree (HTL/FH/University) with a focus on human resource management, business administration, social sciences or similar
* Practical experience in human resource management and holistic HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, ideally in an international industrial company
* Enthusiastic advocate for self-service solutions with profound experience in the implementation and further development of HR self-service and HR processes
* Experience in the use of new HR technologies and digital HR tools, initial experience with ESS software or SAP Fiori is an advantage
* Sound knowledge of employment law and innovative best-practice approaches in HR management
* Results-oriented team player and problem solver with a feel for our corporate culture
* Outstanding service mentality, consulting skills and empathy to understand your customers' needs and identify the best solutions
* Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as the ability to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way and get to the point
We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 47,546.94 gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
