Lights of Vienna, headquartered in Guntramsdorf, just south of Vienna, is an Austrian lighting manufacturer with over 30 years of experience specializing in custom lighting solutions for luxury hotels, restaurants, spas, mosques, yachts, and residences.

Quality Management Specialist (m/f)
Your Responsibilities
Quality inspection of incoming goods such as high-quality metal parts
(laser, turning, and milling components) and specialty glass for accurate execution and proper processing (e.g., visual inspection, measurements, fit, shape, surface, material, etc.)
Preparation and execution of quality checks for parts produced during ongoing production and finished products before shipping
Development of inspection processes for new parts/goods and preparation of inspection documents
Quality inspection of plated components, including gold layer thickness measurements and preparation of control reports
Documentation of all inspections performed and creation of documents for supplier visits
Handling complaints, including correspondence with European suppliers
Your Profile
Completed technical education, such as a Higher Technical Institute or Technical School for Mechanical Engineering, or comparable specialized training
Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a production company
Quality manager training is an advantage
Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills (scheduling, processes)
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Commitment and sense of responsibility
Completed military service (if applicable)
Clean criminal record
Driving license (Category B)
