As an
R&D Process Engineer
, you will take on
challenging and responsible tasks with corresponding decision-making scope

Your Responsibilities Include
* Ownership of electroplating equipment and processes within a semiconductor R&D FAB
* Manage the ramp-up and qualification of a new electroplating tool
* Develop and optimize new electroplating processes
* Ensure stable equipment operation and process performance
* Collaborate closely with research teams within SAL to fabricatestate-of-the-art research vehicles
Your profile
* Minimum BSc degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent professional experience
* Minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a Process Engineer (excluding university education or postdoctoral research)
* Proven hands-on experience with equipment operation and process development in a cleanroom environment
* Solid expertise in electroplating processes; experience in process development is a strong advantage
* Additional experience in other process engineering areas, especially CMP, is an advantage
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a creative approach to developing innovative solutions
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Willingness to relocate to Austria

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for employees in non-university research (Research CA) starting in occupational group E. We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your experience and qualifications. For this position, your minimum monthly salary starts with
EUR 3.963
, paid 14 times a year.
