As Digital Project & Operations Manager in the Creation Department, you will play a central role in the day-to-day business of our innovative digital projects. With a keen sense for processes, priorities and communication, you will ensure smooth operations within the team – between our clients and the business units at our locations in Salzburg (HQ) and Vienna. You will coordinate timings, resources and budgets, manage content creation projects, AI-driven productions and shoots, and lead your own projects from concept to implementation. You will bring team spirit, quality awareness and a passion for creative processes to the table – and impress with your organisational skills. You connect the outside world with the inside world: you work directly with clients and customers from other teams – and internally within the team with great designers, motion talents and strategists to ensure that every project fits together perfectly.

Responsibilities
* Handling and managing projects in the areas of digital branding, UI/UX design, content creation & AI-driven production, as well as motion content & 3D animation.
* Working closely with digital project managers from other pixelart teams – you are the connecting interface between strategy, design and implementation.
* Planning and organising operational tasks and resources in the creation team to ensure smooth processes.
* Coordinating internal processes such as resource planning, time management and production organisation.
* Ensuring quality standards and preparing documents for internal and external presentations.
* Responsibility for project schedules, controlling and budget overview.
* Organisation and management of external production partners, from obtaining quotes to implementation.
* Preparation of quotes, budgets and presentations for client meetings, reviews and pitches.
What we offer
In addition to our great benefits, we offer you a starting annual gross salary of €42,000, based on a full-time position (including holiday and Christmas bonuses). The actual salary will be adjusted according to your working hours, qualifications, and experience.
What you can contribute
* At least 3 years of professional experience in the digital environment – ideally in an agency, in project management or in content or production management.
* A structured, solution-oriented approach to work and an eye for detail.
* Strong communication skills to act as a connecting interface between teams, customers and clients.
* Experience in resource and time management as well as in the organisation of complex projects.
* A good understanding of creative and design processes – you know how design, motion and content teams work.
* Confident use of project management and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Miro).
* Basic technical understanding of digital platforms, file structures and production processes.
* Customer focus and a keen sense of priorities, quality and timing.
* Enjoy taking on responsibility in a team, providing operational support to colleagues and finding pragmatic solutions.
* A mix of organisational talent, analytical strength and assertiveness – combined with openness to new technologies and AI-driven workflows.
