* Provide strategic and operational support for the executive leadership
* Lead, coordinate and provide hands-on support across-company initiatives and projects
* Act as a sparring partner to executive teams (e.g., on investment decisions, due diligence processes, financial strategy)
* Develop and align financial operations across all group entities (e.g., standardized accounting, financial management processes)
* Handle and prepare briefings for executives, key partners, or clients
* Ensure seamless integration between strategy and execution
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Several years of professional experience, preferably in investment, start-ups, or strategy consulting
* T-Shaped competency: Deep in one area (e.g. ops, marketing, finance) but broad enough to cover many functions
* Intellectual sharpness, executional rigor, and strong business acumen
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Excellent communication skills
An annual gross salary starting at € 100,000 will be offered, with the final amount determined based on qualifications, experience, and individual profile.
