Working closely with our Sales, Technical, MRO and Asset Management teams, you will play a central role in building tailored solutions, enhancing service quality, and driving Ermewa's commercial performance in Austria. Key Responsibilities:Achieve the annual sales targets for the Austrian market.Contribute to product development: collaborate with Segment Management and the Technical Department to build wagon and service offerings tailored to customer needs.Support the New Build Program through relevant market analyses.Forward customer technical questions to the MRO team and ensure proper follow-up.Conduct REX analysis for key customers and lead the related action plans.Monitor client payments and ensure DSO performance.Manage and expand your client portfolio while actively hunting for new customers.Lead and coordinate tendering processes.Follow up on ongoing works to guarantee delivery deadlines, offer compliance, and budget adherence.Support the MRO team in finding mobile solutions when required.Represent Ermewa at trade fairs and industry conferences — including as a keynote speaker when needed.
