Are you ready to lead operations that actually shape the future of online grocery?
We’re looking for experienced Operations Managers to drive performance, process innovation, and customer excellence in our fulfillment centers across the DACH region.
What you bring:
* At least three years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a comparable leadership position.
* Leadership experience in e-commerce or FMCG warehouse environments
* Cool head under pressure and sharp focus on results
* A drive to build—not just manage—operations
* Fluent English (German is an advantage)
What you’ll do:
* Lead daily warehouse operations (inbound/outbound/planning)
* Optimize processes to boost on-time delivery & customer satisfaction
* Ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and 5S standards
* Manage, coach, and grow your team
* Act as a key player in scaling up one of Europe’s most exciting e-com logistics networks
